Lively Oh So

I have a lot of expectation from 2011. And I pray to god that everything should work out as planned. I am planning to get out of this salaried 9 to 5 job and setup a small business of my own. I have already started working towards the same. Next I am planning to get the foundation amount ready so that I can think of buying a new house the next year. Next thing I am planning I to start investing for my baby boy, because as he will grow up he will need money for lot of different things and I should not fail to fulfill his dreams. What I am not looking forward id the problems that would arise and stop me or divert me from achieving my goals.

Every year has something good and something bad to remember. However, its always better to dumps the bad memories with the passing year and carry the good experience into the New Year. Even I had some good and bad experiences in the last year. The bad experience I had about 2010 was that I had to quit my job. And the good thing was my wife gave birth to a baby boy. Now both the situations are interlinked. Even though my wife was expecting I gave all my attention to my job when the situation demanded. During the latter part of the pregnancy, my wife was not keeping well and I had to stay back at home to take care of her. My office asked me to report to work and refused to give me leaves though I had lot of leaves in my share. When I had a word regarding the same with my management, they were not ready to give me leaves and instead threaten me of termination. I had given my 100% to the company when the situation demanded and regardless of all my efforts, my company is ill-treating me. I thought for a while and realized that my priority is my wife and so I quit my job. And 2 weeks later I had a baby boy.

I wish I could do some charity, because I believe that charity is the best way to minimize the distance between you and god. If I had a million dollar to give away for charity, then I would give 20% to the old age homes, 10% to the organizations taking care of handicaps, and 10% to organizations taking care of mentally retarded children. I would utilize 20% to build a huge hospital for the poor so that they can get free treatment. I would equip the hospital with all the modern amenities and tools so that poor people would not die due to lack of proper treatment. I would invest the remaining 40% of the funds. The investment will have some regular returns which will facilitate the smooth running of the hospital that I had built in the earlier lines.

Cars have always being my passion. However I don’t own the car that I dream about, but some day I wish to own one. Now-a-days I am driving a TATA Indica. This is a very good car for a middle class individual. It comes with both diesel and petrol engine. I own a car with the diesel engine. It is a very good car in all aspects. It gives me a good mileage. It has good pickup. The maintenance cost is very low. I hardly have any complains with this car.  May be everything is good with the car because I take good care of the car. I don’t drive rash, service the vehicle regularly, and check the air pressure in the tires regularly. Most of all, the vehicle is driven by me only. I don’t allow anybody else to drive my vehicle because different people have different driving styles.
